PSC-Derived Cardiomyocyte Isolation Kit, human, nr kat. 130-110-188

Pure and well-characterized cardiomyocytes derived from human pluripotent stem cells (PSCs) are of high interest for cardiovascular disease modeling, drug safety studies, and development of cell replacement strategies. Although several protocols for cardiac differentiation of PSCs have been developed, there are still major limitations, including clone-to-clone and experiment-to-experiment variation in differentiation efficacy. To circumvent these limitations the PSC-Derived Cardiomycoyte Isolation Kit, human has been developed. It enables the purification of PSC-derived cardiomyocytes to high purities independent of the differentiation efficiency, the stem cell clone, the differentiation time point and differentiation protocol. The isolation of PSC-derived cardiomyocytes has successfully been tested for various differentiation efficiencies and time points of differentiation.

GRO-α is a chemokine  also known as CXCL1 secreted by human epithelial cells, bone marrow cells as well as melanoma. The expression of CXCL1 show macrophages, neutrophils and epithelial cells. GRO-α has a mitogenic properties, is involved in angiogenesis, inflammation, wound healing. It participates in the pathogenesis of cancers, among others, melanoma.

gC1qR is present in plasma and the extracellular matrix. gC1qR is expressed in a wide variety of cells and can serve as a binding site for plasma and microbial proteins.
Been shown to inhibit complement activation by preventing the binding of C1q to antibodies, Besides its role in the complement pathway, gC1qR participates in enhancement of Fc-receptor and CR1-mediated phagocytosis, procoagulant activity on platelets, and chemotactic activity on mast cells, eosinophils, neutrophils, and fibroblasts. In addition, there is a correlation between the level of soluble gC1qR and pancreatic cancer.

The C Tubes are designed for safe and sterile sample handling and enable a dissociation procedure that is gentle to cells. Thus, the single-cell suspensions can be used for a wide variety of applications including cell separation, cell analysis, and cell culture.
C Tubes with Luer-Lock are provided with a female Luer-Lock connection at the bottom of the tube. They can be easily connected to any tubing, device or instrument containing the respective male connector. Like the standard C Tubes they come sterile, but in addition they are DNase/RNase free and tested for the absence of endotoxins (<0.01 EU/ml).
